Becoming a volunteer for EvilFingers is a three-way handshake process:
Step 1: Contact us.
Step 2: We will send the vacancies.
Step 3: You can pick the project based on your likes and dislikes.

Once we complete this 3-way handshake, you become a "Volunteer" for EvilFingers. Based on performance evaluation from time-to-time, there are very high chances of becoming team member, team lead and various other positions. The idea is to make this site and projects as interesting as possible. The more creative you are, the more are the chances of climbing within the site. Of course, there are no monetary returns for the time being, since this is a community project. There are very clear distinctions between the various roles and responsibilities increases when the role goes higher. It is more like a copycat model of an organizational set up to make it more interactive and distributed.
